Ninelotto Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms
Please read this document carefully before using ninelotto's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out below.
1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ninelotto platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.
To use ninelotto's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Having full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
- Must not be located in a country or jurisdiction where participation in online betting activities is prohibited.
- Registering in your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
Ninelotto reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure compliance with the eligibility requirements above. Users who are unable to verify their eligibility may have their accounts suspended or closed.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to register one account only on the ninelotto platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. ninelotto will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone call. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs through your account, unless you have reported unauthorised access to us within a reasonable timeframe.
Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Using the platform for any activity that is unlawful under Malaysian law.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or abuse the platform's systems or infrastructure.
- Using automated software, bots, or any other method to manipulate games or transactions.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing any third party to access your account.
- Posting content that is defamatory, misleading, or harmful to other users.
3. Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All transactions on the ninelotto platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid, registered in their own name, and has sufficient funds at the time the transaction is made.
- Deposits must be made using payment methods approved by the platform, including FPX and Touch 'n Go eWallet.
- Withdrawals can only be processed to an account registered under the same name as the ninelotto account holder.
- Ninelotto reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, in order to meet compliance requirements.
- Transactions suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities will be suspended and reported to the relevant authorities.
- Ninelotto is not liable for any losses resulting from transaction processing delays caused by third parties, including payment service providers.
Current deposit and withdrawal limits can be reviewed in the Finance section of your account. This policy is subject to change without prior notice based on the platform's operational and compliance requirements.
4. Liability Limitations, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Platform Liability Limitations
The ninelotto platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ninelotto shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses, data loss, or service interruptions.
Account Suspension & Closure
Ninelotto reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of platform abuse, fraud, breach of these terms, or any unlawful activity. In such cases, any legitimate remaining balance in the account will be settled in accordance with the platform's internal procedures upon completion of the investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ninelotto platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, interface designs, text, images, and software — is the exclusive property of ninelotto or its respective licensors. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using any of this content without prior written consent from ninelotto.
Third-Party Links
This platform may contain links or references to third-party services. ninelotto has no control over the content or privacy practices of those third parties and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from the use of their services.
5. Changes to Terms, Governing Law & Contact Us
Changes to These Terms
Ninelotto reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this document periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the ninelotto platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties within a reasonable timeframe. Should a resolution not be reached, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
